Meet the Alma Tails of Hope Family

Animal Rescue. Not everyone can do it, but the members listed below are some of those that help make it possible.

Our Board of Directors

Amy Baker

Founder/President

Amy lives in Alma, WI with her husband and youngest daughter Addie. She also has two grown children McKenzie and Ethan.

Amy started this rescue after being diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic melanoma. She wanted to give back and make a difference in the world.

After a few years of fostering for some other rescue groups, Amy decided to start her own rescue which takes in animals of all shapes and sizes, in any health – including some major medical issues. Since the start, she has taken in horses, piglets, cats, kittens dogs and puppies.

Amber Robinson

Secretary

Amber lives in Alma, WI with her boyfriend Travis, their cat (Gizmo), and their three dogs (Odin, Iggy and Ruth). She currently sits on the Board of Directors as the Secretary. She also fosters dogs of all ages. Amber started with AToH as their very first volunteer! She’s really enjoyed watching how quickly the rescue has grown over the past few months. She finds it inspiring to be part of such a remarkable group of volunteers.

Miranda Muller

Treasurer

Miranda lives in Plainview, MN with her husband and daughter. She is Treasurer and on the fundraiser committee. She grew up in Alma and is so happy to help out with this local rescue. This is her first adventure in animal rescue and it has been eye opening and so rewarding for her.

Calli Hansen

Lead Foster Coordinator/Adoption Counselor

Calli lives with her fiance Tyler and her two dogs, Louie and Daisy. Both of their dogs are rescue dogs. Louie was only a few days away from euthanasia before being swooped up, and Daisy is an alumni of Alma Tails of Hope in 2020.

Calli decided she wanted to help more dogs with stories like hers and this is when she decided to start volunteering with AToH. She started as an Adoption Counselor, then moved into the role of Lead Foster Coordinator and also joined the BOD.
